ESL Learners’ Perceptions of Online Learning in a Tertiary Institute

چکیده

The study explores how learners view the benefits and challenges faced in implementing online learning ESL classrooms. 53 from a private university Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, were selected to be participants. An adapted questionnaire previous was used collect data via Google form. This employs quantitative methodology, SPSS software analyse collected. findings showed that most acknowledged introduction of caused obstacles for them. results reflected learners' unbiased views on integrating into institutions. also have difficulty online, lecturers need adapt their teaching methods techniques address this issue. recommends requires improved resources technological support institution's management.
